Gendaito Made at the Minatogawa Shrine by Herman A. Wallinga.  2000.  Softbound, 8 1/4 x 11", 35 pages in English.  Of all the swords made during WWII in Japan, those made in 2 places stand out: Yasukuni Shrine and Minatogawa Shrine.  Not a large book but full of information available no where else I'm aware of.  Photos, oshigata, and text.
