Naval special landing forces .... there is a lot of speculation and conversations regarding swords belonging to the Naval Special Landing Forces , they appear to carry a very mixed bag of gunto, some consisted of kaigunto mounts but in brown shingunto leather , kaigunto mounts but with single army hangers, Kaigunto mounts with white Same instead of the usual black. And Kaigunto with army fittings but Black leather , and kaigunto fittings in black leather with only one hanger , this sword is the latter . Perfect for your imperial Japanese collection.
